DENSITY / RESULTS
= HairSite   = Dr. Gho

What kind of density can we achieve ? Can we have a density like what we used to have when we were teenagers assuming we can afford numerous HM procedures ?

Density is not an issue. Density can in most cases be increased with multiple sessions. I have not attempted this on my test subjects but "theoretically" patients can have multiple HM sessions until they get the density that approximate what they had as teenagers.

Will HM create totally natural and undetectable hair? Can anyone tell that someone had HM done?

HM is totally natural and undetectable. Nobody can tell if someone has HM done.

Have you been able to grow cosmetically acceptable hair on your test subjects ?

 Yes.

Were the results of your procedure cosmetically as good as a typical hair transplantation procedure in achieving an appearance of fullness of hair (overall appearance of density)?

Better than hair transplantation.

What is the success rate of HM ?

I am working on the consistency issue. The goal is to have at least 60% regrowth from patient to patient in one HM session. I have managed to improve from a range of 20% - 80% regrowth to 35% - 80% but I am not at a point when I am satisfied with the consistency rate yet.

Definition of regrowth: 35%-80% means out of a total of 100 injections, about 35 - 80 will grow hair.

In the event that some patients do not respond as well to HM as other patients do, can they still obtain the same final results by having more HM sessions performed? In order words, do some patients simply plateau at a lower density regardless of how many additional HM sessions are performed? Can poor initial results in density be compensated by multiple HM sessions ?

Density can be improved with multiple HM sessions.

What is the average density that can be achieved from one HM session?

It used to be 20% - 80% regrowth. Now we have managed to improved to 35% - 80%. Again, the issue is not with density, the issue is consistency.

Will you be able to create a totally natural hairline using HM alone without hair transplantation?

Yes.

Based on your test results, can you tell us the average regrowth in terms of number of hairs per sq cm?

I will not be able to give a meaningful figure until the consistency issue has been resolved.
