Vuke: I am 28 years old.  I would like to restore the hair line most of the way (the rest I'll wait for HM) and I would like to fill in the crown a little, not very much, mostly around the center of the swirl. Can you tell me approximately how many sessions I will need to accomplish that? How many grafts in total approximately to restore both the hairline and the crown? 

I think two sessions will be sufficient for your hairline. I wouldn't do anything on the crown. It is still looking natural and dense enough.
  
Vuke: I would like to know if there is a possibility of loss of any of the transferred follicles ? Do they stay permanently in the recipient site? Do you have any patients who reported that the transplanted grafts fell out and never regrew?

No, none of the transferred follicles will be lost. They will stay and grow permanently for your whole life. No, we do not have patients who reported that the transplanted grafts fell out and never regrew.

Vuke: What is possibility of the donor follicles regrowing at the back of my head. You have been performing Follicle Transplantation on your patients for some time now. Do you now have a better idea now what percentage of the donor follicles will regrow in your patients? 

It still depends on the patients, especially the quality and structure of the hair follicles, and varies between 20 to 80%.

Vuke:  Since I still have a fair amount of my own hair, I am concerned about shock fallout after the procedure. What are the chances that I will experience shock fallout after the surgery? What percentage of your patients experienced or reported shock fallout after surgery?

We have never seen shock fallout with this treatment.
